Evolution Conservatories have never
had so much appeal to consumers and are a highly
desirable lifestyle / home improvement for many
homeowners. Given that house prices have generally
doubled in the last five years conservatories
are considered good value for money especially
as installation costs have not inflated inline
with property prices within the same period. To
conservatory owners, the conservatory is intended
as an extremely practical and useful space however
to many consumers with a polycarbonate roof,
the conservatory is no more than a summer facility. More
often than not, the conservatory is intended
to be an integral part of the house (open a
dining room, lounge extension). The only practical
option is a glass roof. This option now provides
consumers with more benefit than just sound
attenuation. Hill Leigh Glazing has been
producing Glass roofs for many years and during
that time has always used 2 part sealant. Under
solar radiation the physical properties are
maintained, opposed to a hot melt which will
change as the temperature increases. Our
toughening plant and shape cutting table has
come into its own providing conservatory shaped
units as quick as standard toughened units.
